The following health inspections are from the period of May 18-20. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:

• Round Table Pizza Restaurant, 3325 Retail Dr. #110-115, scored 100 points.

• Kentucky Fried Chicken Restaurant, 2523 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Pizza Hut #011662 Restaurant, 2441 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Safeway #2247 Meat Department, 2035 N. Carson St., scored 99 points. Three areas of the meat department floor are damaged and uncleanable.

• Safeway #2247 Deli Department, 2035 N. Carson St., scored 95 points. The surface temperature of sliced portions of sandwich turkey meat is at 54-60 F at 1:30 p.m. Sliced tomatoes are at 47 F in the same makeup unit. At least one employee of this establishment (not the deli department) must be a certified food handler during all hours of operation.

• Kernal's Popcorn Restaurant, 4600 Snyder # E, scored 100 points.

• Carson Lanes Eleventh Frame Lounge, 4600 Snyder Ave., scored 100 points.

• Carson Lanes Alley's Snack Bar, 4600 Snyder Ave., scored 100 points.

• Gold Dust West Carson City Coffee Shop, 2171 Highway 50 East, scored 100 points.

• ARCO AM PM #82341 Convenience Store, 4190 S. Carson St., scored 98 points. Bags of customer ice produced in thisfacility are not properly labeled. Quat test strips are not available to test the concentration of the Quat sanitizer used in this facility.
