Edie Hofmeister

Edie Hofmeister has been promoted to vice president and general counsel for Tahoe Resources Inc. in Reno.

Hofmeister has led the company's legal department since its inception. She also has worked as corporate counsel and general counsel to a bankruptcy trust in Reno and as an attorney at Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison LLP, in San Francisco.

She is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law, earned a bachelor's degree from UCLA, and earned a master's degree in international studies from the University of Notre Dame.
