Scott Allen has joined Bistro 7 in Reno as executive chef.
Allen has 20 years experience with chefs including Wolfgang Puck, Philippe Jeanty and Bob Hurley and restaurants that include Spago, Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grille, The Ritz Carlton, Uncle Jack's Steakhouse NYC and Sunset in Malibu.
He is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
