• Safeway #2247 Retail Grocery, 2035 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Safeway #2247 Bakery, 2035 N. Carson St., scored 95 points. Observed staff member return from break, touch long pony tail while adjusting apron strap around neck and then proceed with food activities in the walk-in freezer without first washing hands. Both staff members present in this department had unrestrained hair.

• Save Mart Supermarkets #550 Retail Grocery, 3325 Highway 50 East, scored 100 points.

• Save Mart Supermarkets #550 Produce Department, 3325 Highway 50 East, scored 100 points.

• The Firken & Fox Main Kitchen, 310 S. Carson St. #100, scored 99 points. Cutting knives are stored in between reach-in units. Ice cream scoop is stored with handle in ice cream. Dipper well is dirty.

• Carson Stadium Cinemas, 2571 N. Carson St., scored 96 points. Chemical sanitizer was being mixed improperly.

• La Enchilada Mobile Food Vehicle, 3429 S. Carson St., #52, scored 97 points. There was no certified food handler present during this inspection.

• Nice & Easy Catering Mobile Food Vehicle, 5389 Carroll Blvd., Sun Valley, scored 96 points. The windows and hood fans were not covered with screens at the time of this inspection. There was no certified food handler present at the time of this inspection.

• ARCO AM PM Convenience Store, 2707 Highway 50 East, scored 97 points. Ice was found for sale without the store identification label. The food contact surfaces of the ice machine, the plastic drop shield, contained some debris buildup.
