Obituary: Judy Barrentine

Judy Barrentine, 58, of Dayton, passed away May 22, 2011, at Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center. She was born on Nov. 16, 1952, in California. She and her love, Ken Barrentine, were married and enjoyed 16 years together. As Ken and Judy became partners in life, they also joined their grown children as one family. She is survived by two sons. William Keith and his wife Jennelle, and children Willie, Juliahnna and Lucy; Jimmy Keith, his wife Shonell, and children Jimmy, Jesseca, Kayla and Carson; stepson Ken Barrentine Jr., wife Leslie, and children K. Vincent and C. Wesley; and stepdaughter Sheryl Quilling, husband Ty, and children Zak and Taylor. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and cousins.

Judy was a beautician in Carson City and most of her family and friends were blessed by her talent. She was a beautiful person and everyone she met was considered a friend. We will truly miss your smile and laughter everyday.

Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Friday, May 27 at Fitzhenry's Funeral Home, 3945 Fairview Dr., Carson City. A reception will follow at 2530 Lilly Dr., Carson City.
