Granite Construction has been recognized by the the Associated General Contractors of California for its work in rehabilitation of a bridge on Interstate 80 near Floriston.
The company was recognized for meeting the challenges of a difficult job in heavy engineering, and it was recognized along with Caltrans for its efforts to reduce the impact on motorists during the construction.
