VirnetX Holding Corp., which just moved to Zephyr Cove from Scotts Valley, Calif., reported an operating loss of $4.2 million in the third quarter, which compares with a loss of $2.4 million in the same quarter a year earlier.
The company is working to commercialize a portfolio of patents.
