Sheena Shrum has been named executive director of the Carson City-based Builders Association of Western Nevada.
Shrum previously worked with BAWN as its director of government affairs. She has worked five years in government affairs positions.
She succeeds Rick DeMar, who resigned last month after 10 years with the association.
