Barbara Morningstar has been hired by Kids & Horses Therapeutic Riding Center in Minden as business and volunteer manager.
Morningstar recently took early retirement from the state government, where she worked as personnel officer and management analyst for the Department of Taxation. She also has held human resources positions with the Douglas County School District and in California at Pacific Gas and Electric Company.
