Chuck Tomkinson has joined Saint Mary's Health Plans as underwriting director.
Tomkinson, who has more than 25 years experience in health care consultation, insurance eligibility, financial analysis, pricing and underwriting, previously worked at Health Net in Tempe, Ariz., as vice president of financial operations and as a major account consultant.
He also has held financial and underwriting positions with GIFNA Healthcare and FHP Healthcare.
