Luis Perez Ayala, assistant housekeeping manager of the Eldorado Hotel Casino, was a winner of the Adelante Award, which honors outstanding Latino employees. The award is sponsored by Nevada Hispanic Services, and Ayala, an employee of the Eldorado for five years, was nominated by fellow employees.
