Carolyn Sue Armour, 67, a resident of Carson City, passed away on August 28, 2011 at Carson Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Nerva Armour; sisters Amy Lackey, L. Marie Crutsinger, Ava Jean Yarbrough; brothers Charles Armour, Jr. and James Armour; niece Claudia Crutsinger; nephew Don Lackey. She is survived by nieces Cheryl, Cindy, and Kathy; and nephews Michael, Tom, Glen, and Larry.
Carolyn was very fond of her friends and co-workers at Wal-Mart. She loved to make greeting cards and jewelry. She had also collected a large amount of
Barbie dolls and 'I Love Lucy' dolls over the years. She was also a proud member of the Red Hat Organization.
No services will be held in Carson City, but a private inurnment will be at Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Fair Oaks, CA in the near future. In Lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a cancer charity of your choice.
