MSM Resource LLC of Reno agreed to grant an option to earn a 100 percent interest on 18 mineral claims it owns in Mineral County to Beeston Enterprises Ltd. of Blaine, Wash.
Beeston will pay 3 million shares of its common stock and agrees to spend $2 million during the next six years on exploration of the claims in the Silver Star mining district.
