John Carter

John Carter has been named director of leisure sales at Resort at Squaw Creek.

Carter most recently worked as a specialty travel consultant with tour operator at Alpine Adventures. He also has worked as director of sales and marketing at several mountain destination properties including The Sky Hotel in Aspen, Colo., and The Hotel Telluride in Telluride, Colo.

He earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Louisiana State University as well as an advanced certification in hospitality marketing from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration.
