Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Lucas Nathan Vine, 29, a business owner from Carson City, was arrested at 2:48 a.m. Saturday in the 1400 block of Flintwood Drive on suspicion of felony preventing a witness from reporting a crime, discharging a firearm in an occupied structure and domestic battery. He allegedly fired a round inside his home after arguing with his wife, according to the arrest report. Bail was set at $20,000.

• A 43-year-old Carson City woman was arrested at 1:15 a.m. Monday in the 200 block of Jeanell Drive on suspicion of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer and resisting arrest. Bail was set at $604.

• Rigoberto Vega, 31, of Carson City, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the 1700 block of Brown Street on suspicion of gross misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, convicted person in possession of a firearm, misdemeanor riding a dirt bike within 500 feet of a residence and possession of drug paraphernalia. Vega contends he does not have a felony conviction and is legally able to possess a firearm. Bail was set at $20,000.

• Bradford J. Rineer, 28, a transient, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. Saturday in the 300 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of felony probation violation. No bail was set.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:

• 1:20 a.m. - Report of a man breaking windows in the 2700 block of Menlo Drive.

• 9:37 a.m. - Coroner call in the 3000 block of North Ormsby Boulevard.

• 3:31 p.m. - Threat report in the 100 block of South Carson Street.

• 3:56 p.m. - Mother reported she found drug paraphernalia belonging to her daughter.

• 8:44 p.m. - Report of a woman heard "yelling and screaming for help," in the 3300 block of Desatoya Drive.

• 8:50 p.m. - Three-car accident at Sonoma and Moses streets.

• 9:05 p.m. - Man reported he lost his wallet at Mills Park and when he found it, the wallet was empty. When police arrived he said he was hit in the back of his head, his wallet fell out and when he found it the wallet was empty.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Sunday:

• 6:49 a.m. - Rollover accident on Cremetti Lane in Mason Valley.

• 7:57 a.m. - Vehicle window broken on River Avenue in Mason Valley.

• 4:59 p.m. - Jewelry reportedly missing from the 100 block of Northpoint Circle in Dayton.
