After a brief but valiant fight with lung cancer, our loved one, Raymond Luke Joslin, 64, peacefully passed away in his sleep on Sunday morning, September 25, 2011 at the Veteran's Community Living Center in Reno, NV.
He was born the eighth of ten children to Glenn Sr. and Laura Mae Joslin on March 17, 1947 in Shurz, NV.
Raymond follows into heaven his father and mother, brother, Glenn Jr., sisters, Mary Ann Joslin, Caroline Fales, Jeanne Woolley and baby girl Joslin.
He is survived by brothers, John Burns Sr. and Richard Joslin and sisters, Arlene Moose and Charlene Quartz and numerous nieces, nephews and their families.
Raymond was a Vietnam veteran who served in the Army.
There will be a visitation Sunday, October 2, 2011 from 4:00 to 6:00pm at Walton's in Carson City and again on Monday October 3, 2011 from 9:00 to 10:30am. Funeral services will follow the visitation on Monday at 10:30am also at Walton's. Burial is at Clear Creek #2 Cemetery at Stewart.
