Brett Edwards of the Reno office of CBRE was recognized as named "Top Land Broker" in the company's Sacramento region for 2011. The region includes the Reno, Sacramento, Roseville, Stockton and Fresno areas.
Edwards participated in a 1.28-million acre transaction involving land and mineral rights during 2011. In that deal, Nevada Land & Resource sold its holdings to Fountain Investments.
