Forty-one companies in northern Nevada have been named finalists in the annual Greater Reno-Tahoe Best Places to Work competition.
The winners will be announced at a gala on April 26.
Finalists were selected on the basis of employee surveys conducted by Quantum Workplace. Winners also are selected through results of the employee survey.
The gala will run from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at John Ascuaga's Nugget. The cost is $40 for pre-registered participants and $50 at the door. (Register at www.nnhra.org.)
Best Places to Work is an initiative of Northern Nevada Human Resources Association, Truckee Meadows Community College, The Chamber, The Carson City Chamber of Commerce and Northern Nevada Business Weekly.
