Joelle K. Jay of Reno has been named a principal in Leadership Research Institute, an executive education and leadership development organization headquartered at Rancho Santa Fe, Calif.
Jay is the founder of Reno-based Pillar Consulting, an executive coach and the author of "The Inner Edge: The 10 Practices of Personal Leadership."
She earned her doctorate with an emphasis on learning and leadership from the University of Washington.
