Roof Crafters, a Verdi-based roofing repair and replacement company, has been acquired by Brian Hunt and Erin Myrmel of Reno.
They purchased the company from Carolyn and Robbie Myrmel of Reno. Terms weren't disclosed.
Hollie Bottoset of The Liberty Group of Nevada, LLC Business Brokerage in Reno represented both the buyers and sellers.
