The Nevada Automotive Test Center near Silver Springs has been selected by Lockheed Martin to handle a portion of a $3.5 million contract from the U.S. Marine Corps to test a new personnel carrier known as the Havoc 8x8.
The test center is a division of Hodges Transportation Inc.
