Nevada Matters Inc. of Reno has contracted to provide daytime programming for Renegade Radio, a Fallon station at 101.3 FM whose reach extends into the Reno-Sparks market.
The transaction was announced by Father Karry Crites, president and chief executive officer of Renegade Radio.
Nevada Matters Media and American Matters Media will provide talk-show programming from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday, said Eddie Floyd, the president and CEO of Nevada Matters Inc.
Floyd's "Nevada Matters" program will air live from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Other programming will include "Money Matters" hosted by Larry Bigler, a certified public accountant in Reno, and "Nevada Real Estate Review," hosted by Stephen and Alexandra Musser of Chase International Real Estate.
Nevada Matters Media and America Matters Media produces more than 30 talk shows for area radio stations including KPLY (630 AM) KJFK (1230 AM) KCMY (1300 AM and 102.5 FM) and Fox News Radio (99.1FM TALK).
The company also produces two programs created by Robert Primeaux, "The Warrior" and "Sit-Rep," that air on Native Voice One radio stations nationwide.
