Thanks for Christmas cartoonI would like to say thank you to the Nevada Appeal for the cartoon on Christmas day, “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son ... Merry Christmas.” What a beautiful tribute to our Savior Jesus on His birthday. Let me finish the sentence: “That whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life,” John 3:16.Thanks, it made my heart glad and very proud of the people at the Nevada Appeal. If any parent has a weapon in a home with children, they must have trigger locks! You put the locks on the weapons, take the keys to the bank safety deposit box. Can you imagine where we would be today if this poor woman would have followed these rules?Trigger locks are available for any rifle or hand gun or shotgun in the world and they are inexpensive compared to a gun safe.George SchillingMinden
