M3 Planning, a Reno company that provides consulting on development of strategic plans, has won a contract to launch a five-year strategic plan for the information technology division of GASCO of Abu Dhabi.
GASCO is one of the world's largest natural gas companies, and its IT department includes 140 employees, says Erica Olsen, chief operating officer of M3 Planning.
