Robert G. Kilroy, James A. Hamilton and Charles T. Mahoney have been named to executive positions at United Resource Holdings Group Inc. in Reno.
Kilroy was named vice president of the company and also will serve on the company's board. He is a former deputy attorney general in Nevada and a retired U.S. Navy flight officer.
He earned his bachelor's degree in psychology at Miami University of Ohio and earned his law degree from Indiana University.
Hamilton was named chief operating officer and a member of the board of directors.
He worked more than 50 years as a geologist, most recently as drilling corporation manager with Geo Services Corp.
He earned a bachelor's degree in geology from the University of Puget Sound and a master's in geology from the University of Idaho.
Mahoney, who was named chief financial officer and a member of the board, has worked 15 years in management and financial positions for the state governments of Nevada and Colorado.
He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Regis University.
