The Douglas County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's help in identifying two people wanted in connection with an armed robbery at J&M Mini Mart in Minden.

A man in a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants, dark mask and black gloves went into the store, pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded that money in the register. The clerk put an undisclosed amount of money into a small bag the robber brought with him, and the robber ran out and got into the passenger seat of a car that had been waiting outside.

The car - a gray four-door sedan with tinted windows, possible an Audi or a Volkswagen Jetta - speeded across Highway 395, westbound onto 5th Street and the northbound on Esmerelda Avenue.

A reward of up to $750 has been offered for information leading to a conviction. Anyone with information is asked to call Secret Witness at 78-CRIME (782-7463) or the Douglas County sheriff's investigations unit at 775-782-9905.
