Membership in the Elko Area Chamber of Commerce reflects the growth of business in the county.
Jennifer Sprout, executive director chamber, says membership has risen 169 percent over the last two years. The chamber hit its target of 600 members in 2011, and already is nearing the 650 mark in 2012.
