Heiman expands research

Miller Heiman, a Reno-based company that provides sales-management training, has launched the Miller Heiman Research Institute.

The institute will extend the research that the company began nine years ago with its Miller Heiman Sales Best Practice Study. The research will be led by Joe Galvin, a business-to-business sales analyst who will serve as chief research officer.
