Shaheen Beauchamp Builders LLC of Carson City was selected from a field of eight builders and won a contract to renovate the Umpqua Bank commercial banking center at 3490 S. Virginia St.
The project includes interior remodeling, addition of approximately 2,000 square feet and new exterior facades and finishes.
Extensive site improvements also are planned in conjunction with the Regional Transporation Commission's widening of Moana Lane.
