A downtown Reno pizza restaurant is changing its name in response to the arrival in the United States of a much-larger Australian company with a similar name.

Pie Face Pizza Co., owned by Trevor Leppek and Ryan Goldhammer, will change its name to PFPCo.'s Noble Pie Parlor on August 1. The change, Leppek said, comes with the arrival in the United States of stores franchised by Australia's Pie Face, a bakery cafe chain.

The Reno store is at 239 W. Second St. in the El Cortez Hotel building.
