The Pace-Menante Theatre, a live performance venue, has been launched in the Sierra Marketplace shopping center at 3702 S. Virginia St. by Boogie Woogie Productions LLC.
The first production at the theater, "Swanky Shampane," a comedy written by David Creps, opens August 2. Creps and Linda Loy operate Boogie Woogie Productions.
