Colliers International Real Estate Management Services of Reno was awarded the property management contract for Brookside Corporate Center at 1105, 1135 and 1155 S. Rock Blvd. The property is owned by General Electric Capital Equities, Inc.
Robert LaChance, senior property manager with Colliers, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the 261,000-square-foot facility.
