CBRE Inc. in Reno has won a contract from PAR Industrial LLC, an affiliate of Pacific Life, to serve as exclusive leasing agent and property manager for a 2.4 million-square-foot industrial portfolio PAR Industrial recently acquired in Sparks and Reno.
The PAR portfolio, which it acquired from ProLogis, includes 10 buildings in the Sparks and airport submarkets.
The portfolio will be directed by Gordon Zack of CBRE, who will be supported by the company's industrial services team of Eric Bennett, Daniel Buhrmann and Tomi Jo Lynch.
