Obituary: Robert Taylor Guthrie, Jr.

A long time resident of Carson City, Robert passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends.

Family was first in his life and he is survived by his wife of 14 years, Sheryl Guthrie; children, Lorrie Proffitt, Robert Guthrie, Laura Richards, Robin Wolf, David Guthrie, Pamela Pearce, and Joy Maynard. There are 42 Grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 12:00 Noon at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 411 N. Saliman Road, Carson City, Nevada. Viewing will be 11:00 - 11:30 am at the Church. Interment with full military honors will follow at Lone Mountain Cemetery in Carson City. Guests are invited to a reception at the Church following interment.
