Mary Dinsmore and Mary Kelsh have been promoted by Western Title Co.
Dinsmore has been promoted to regional tri-county manager. She will oversee Western Title operations in Fernley, Carson City and Douglas County.
Kelsh has been promoted to sales representative for the tri-county operation.
