Ken Hover of Cornell University, one of the concrete industry's top-rated technical speakers, will lead the Sierra Nevada Concrete Association's 12th Annual Concrete Expo on Tuesday at The Grove at South Creek.
Attendees will learn the latest hot and cold weather placement techniques as well as new durability and testing methods.
