Mustang Geothermal staff

Kevin Pikero has resigned as chief financial officer, principal accounting officer and board member of publicly held Mustang Geothermal Corp.

Richard Bachman, president and chief executive officer of Mustang, will take responsibilities as CFO and chief accounting officer.

The company said Brian Cole also has resigned from the board.

Gerald Aberle and Gerry Berg have been named to the board of Mustang.

Aberle has worked more than 30 years in the mining industry, most recently as a consultant to major mining companies including Homestake Mining and Barrick Gold Corp.

Berg has worked 30 years as a senior manager, largely in finance and operations, with a number of publicly held companies.
