NAIOP leadership

Mike Perkins of MTK Limited has been named president of the northern Nevada chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

Other officers include Dean Whellams of Q&D Construction, president-elect; Brad Woodring of NV Energy, secretary; and Paul Kinne of the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada, treasurer.

Members of the board of directors include Len Gilman of Gilman Real Estate Services, Andy Tourin of First Centennial Title Co., Martin Livermore of US Bank, Travis Durfee of ProLogis, Brian Egan of Egan Commercial Real Estate, Tina Iftiger of the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority's economic development group, Greg Shutt of Grubb & Ellis, Aaron West-Guillen of Clear Channel, Mike Nevis of NAI Alliance, Doug Roberts of Panattoni, Brendan Egan of Dermody Properties and Todd McKenzie of McKenzie Properties.

Carol Martin of Dermody Properties will serve as the chair of the programs committee, Shutt will lead the membership and sponsorship Committee, Tomi Jo Lynch of CBRE will serve as the marketing and PR chair, Tourin will be the chair of the education committee, West-Guillen will lead government affairs efforts and Chris Fairchild of Grubb & Ellis will head the Developing Leaders group.
