Clark & Sullivan Construction of Sparks won a contract for preconstruction work on a $1.8 million modernization of Greenbrae Elementary School at 1840 4th St. in Sparks.
The company said the project will include 31,337 square foot of reconstruction ranging from new windows and floors to telecommunication upgrades and energy-efficiency installations.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2013.
