Savory Investments opens Asian restaurant

Savory Investments LLC has opened its second restaurant in Reno, a Ling & Louie's Asian Bar and Grill location at 4965 S. Virginia St.

Owned by brothers Rory and Sean O'Neal, Savory Investments entered the market with a Famous Dave's Legendary Pit Bar-B-Que franchise in Reno last year.

The 3,500-square-foot Ling & Louie's Asian Bar and Grill employs about 70 people.

Ling & Louie's is headquartered in Scottsdale, Ariz. The Reno restaurant is the company's sixth location. Savory Investments has franchise rights to develop the restaurants in Nevada.

Savory Investments also holds the rights to develop four Famous Dave's locations in Reno, Sparks, Chico and Redding, Calif.
