KPS3 acquires Reno firm

KPS3 Marketing last week acquired Fuze LLC of Reno, a national digital marketing firm.

Terms of the agreement weren't disclosed. Under the agreement, KPS3 acquired Fuze's proprietary content management system; message center, enterprise class e-mail marketing system; Web site hosting services; and Fuze's website development team. The acquisition allows KPS3 to offer expanded digital services to its existing client base, as well as to future clients, says KPS3 President Stephanie Kruse. KPS3 also will also bring additional marketing services to existing Fuze clients, including expanded creative, content development, public relations and strategic brand development services.
