Commercial real estate veteran Mark Krueger has joined the staff of Tanamera Commercial Brokerage, which will reposition itself as Archstone Commercial Partners.
Krueger, formerly a land specialist with Grubb & Ellis/NCG, will manage the new venture along with office specialist Kevin Annis. They are joined by Mike Van Blaricom, senior vice president of sales, leasing and investments, and Todd Collins, office and retail specialist, both formerly with Tanamera Commercial Brokerage. Erin Krueger, formerly with Grubb & Ellis, will serve as Archstone Commercial's marketing and office manager.
In addition to providing a range of commercial real estate services, Archstone Commercial Partners can utilize various construction and development services provided by Tanamera Development, such as space plan options, construction budgets, site layouts, land improvement cost budgets and other services.
"With unparalleled knowledge and experience from all different sides of commercial real estate, the joining of these strengths will result in a powerful and resourceful commercial real estate brokerage firm with the ability to offer a unique and integrated array of commercial real estate services," says Annis.
Krueger was senior vice president in the land division with Grubb and Ellis but left when it changed affiliation to Avison Young, a Canadian firm, in early March. Krueger says the association with Tanamera's construction and development arms gives him the opportunity to add services he formerly had to outsource.
"The move also was a benefit for me because I really like the group here, they are real aggressive young brokers and I think we have an opportunity to grow this company into one of the leading brokerages," says Krueger.
Archstone Commercial Partners initially will be headquartered at 5470 Reno Corporate Drive, Suite 200. The company's phone number is 852-9800, and a Web site, archstonenv.com, is still under development.
