Sierra Nevada Corp. of Sparks landed two significant contracts with the U.S. military.
SNC won a $3.6 million contract to build simple key loaders for the U.S. Army. The hand-held devices allow users to securely receive store and transfer data between compatible communications equipment.
SNC also landed a $1.18 million contract to provide services to add 105mm guns to AC-130 gunships for the U.S. Navy's Naval Sea Systems Command.
