Royal Gold Inc. of Denver said last week it had purchased a 3 percent net smelter return royalty on Nevada's Ruby Hill gold mine, from International Minerals Corp. for $38 million.
The Ruby Hill mine just northwest of Eureka is operated by Barrick Gold Corp.
