April Conway and Helyse Turner have successfully completed the examination for the Accreditation in Public Relations certification.
Conway, a major in the Nevada National Guard, is state public affairs officer in the guard's Joint Force Headquarters.
Turner works as business and community liaison with the Sierra Nevada Job Corps Center in Stead.
