Jessica Folmer, director of property management with Commercial Project Management of Nevada, will serve as 2013 president of the Institute of Real Estate Management of Northern Nevada.
Other officers include Elizabeth Teske, director of asset management for Dermody Properties, president-elect; Sherry Hedden of Nevada Commercial Services Inc., secretary; Claire Petrie, property manager with Basin Street Properties, treasurer; and Kevin Sigstad of RE/MAX Premier Properties, past president.
Directors include Brittany Diehl, a vice president of property management with Nevada Commercial Services Inc.; Georgia Baker of Heritage Bank of Nevada; and Roland Montoya, regional manager with Kromer Investments Inc.
