Dessie Felder has been promoted to chief operating officer of Kafoury, Armstrong & Co., a certified public accounting firm.
Felder has been with Kafoury, Armstrong & Co. for more than 17 years and is also the human resources director of the firm.
Felder earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Nevada, Reno.
