The awards sponsored by three commercial real estate groups — the northern Nevada chapters of CCIM, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and Commercial Real Estate Women — recognize top commercial brokers and spotlight some of the largest transactions.

Commercial real estate projects that were honored included the Urban Outfitters distribution center built by United Construction as industrial development of the year, South Creek Development built by McKenzie Construction as retail development of the year and Carson Medical Group built by Shaheen Beauchamp as office development of the year.
