Klauss Grimm, former owner of Blue Moon Advertising and Promotion, purchased the Massage Envy location at 5110 Mae Anne Ave.
Katrina Loftin-Winkel of BTI Group Mergers & Acquisitions represented Grimm, while Todd Elam, also of BTI, represented the seller, Agassiz Enterprises Inc.
