Joe Kelley, vice president of facilities for the Reno-Sparks Convention & Visitors Authority, was named "Person of the Year" by Bowlers Journal International.
Kelley was recognized for his efforts for helping to bring the United States Bowling Congress tournaments to Reno's National Bowling Stadium through 2030.
